Our team took part in the rafting at our annual get-together, Luke & Pianika are friendly, efficient and fast at responding to any queries I had, helping to ease the minds of the nervous and assured me the team would be safe and have a ball. The week we were booked to head to Taupo & take part in the rafting was the week NZ had the freak weather, snow in Wellington & Auckland as well as the rest of the country. Luke & Pianika assured me the team would be fine and would not suffer hypothermia and did they live up to their promise. All gear provided, right down to the thermal socks & undergarments the team wore under their wetsuits, the day of rafting was a picture perfect day, but still very chilly, the team were so warm a few of them even dived in for a swim after the rafting. Rafting NZ are very safety conscious and ensure everyone has had a full debrief. The team had so much fun! I know a few of them are considering doing it again with personal friends and family etc. I rave on about these guys and recommend to anyone who will listen; these guys are truly the best!
