Rangitaiki River

This is our most popular trip, giving you the perfect balance of whitewater action and beautiful back country scenery. The difficulty level is suitable for first time rafters and experts alike, so everyone can give it a go!

In the upper rapids you're out there paddling hard, heart racing, as you tackle some big waves, tricky turns, drops and surf holes. The calm stretch in the middle gives you the chance to relax, listen to the birds, take in the scenery, have a swim and laugh about the action you experienced in the big rapids. You finish with continuous, fun filled rapids and a play in our favourite spots.

After rafting, head back to our private river base to get changed, have a Subway sandwich & snacks, hot & cold drinks, and relive the trip while looking at your rafting photos.
